OBJECT

The purpose of the project is to put in crisis all common concepts that occur and recur in a bathroom, the separate pieces and their envelope.
WATER ELEMENTS search for the simplicity of the elements of water and is understood as elements that use water, like the shower, sink, ...; based on the study of water as a main and analyzing their states in terms of material, texture, viscosity, colour and transparency. The state of water is completely liquid, manipulated as a jet, drip, spray ... in abstract forms are formally interesting.
The project, in its purest essence, searches for simple and natural ways to solve everything that develops. From the study of the shape of a drop of water, the motion of a vortex and the waves generated on a flat surface when a drop falls on it, it finds a unique concept that unifies and compacts all elements and uses, exempt from the capsule container.

SCOPE

The project introduces the concept of bringing together in one piece, independent elements of a bathroom, materializing in the form of a viscose and abstract DROP. The rotation of moving volumes of water in storage sectors, which revolve about a vertical axis to satisfy the use for which they have been designed. The drop of water in motion and texture is like a whirlwind, containing the essential elements of a shower, lockers, dressing table, basin and toilet.
The drive and control mechanisms are integrated into the piece as a tactile sensor, activation on/off of opening and closing or electronically controlled water temperature.
The sealed envelope will be an autonomous capsule, without the architecture that contains it. The capsule is designed with permeable opacity and transparency by integrating the use in space.
